There is one thing that is for
sure here at Rich Ranch and that is that we meet the most interesting people.
We are never bored and always hear the most amazing stories.

| An Excellent Day with Good Buddies |
Yesterday we had hunters again
and they came not for the trophy only but for the biltong (jerky) as well. It is
lovely to just break away from the hum-drum of city life and to let the wind
blow on your face and enjoy the bush for a day. It is the silence and the clear
air that is most noticeable when you are in the bush. This is what the South
Africans love.
The gentleman that organizes the
hunters is the one I want to tell you about. He meets people from all over the
world and can tell you about hunting impala on the one hand to the most extreme
buffalo hunting. He has now decided that with all that he has experienced
through the years he would like to share it with everyone and will be
publishing his book in about six months time.
I will keep in touch with him and
let everyone know about this great accomplishment. Well done Mr. Jan Gouws. I
think you are most interesting and I will definitely be reading your book.
I do hope your group enjoyed
their day here and have good memories and tall tales to tell.
